Aniva Rock Lighthouse - Sakhalinskaya Oblast, Russia
A formal penal island used by the Russians, Aniva was once sought after
by both the Russia and Japan. This now Russian controlled territory sits
uninhabited in the seas between Japan and the eastern coast of Russia.
