  3. i always tell them to eat more pangasius : cause those fishies eat each others... er... droppings....
    "yum"....

(pangasius is known to eat as much as & anything possible, to grow as fast as possible : it's a cheap fish to "farm")
    hahaha : yum !

  4. Peter, that sounds a bit like my dog, I wouldn't mention the sort of stuff I witnessed her eat. Ok, I will: poo, cow afterbirth, her own vomit, snails etc.

  6. I am a vegetarian and I can't stand the type of bullshi superiority and arrogance that is displayed on this comment thread. Let people come to Vegetarianism themselves. Chances are that most folks would find it far more attractive if so many veg folks were'nt such snotty pricks about it. Just sayin'.

  7. Anon, think you're misreading it. In real life I don't mention it, unless someone tries to feed me meat, then the question of why comes up.Usually I'm the one getting hassled over it.

    Don't be a dick.

  8. oh, then i'm a bigger bastard, you know....
due to the job i sometimes can't avoid eating it, but still at that point i'll try
+ i "reverse" it : i say that i prefer to be a vegie, and that i don't go screaming around that i don't eat slaughtered animals or dead bodies
(+ i always turn the conversation on their pets -if any- and explain 'em what happens to dogs & cats in the far east) ("you wouldn't be able to serve me your cat ???")
    :-D

  10. Kolymatram/Peter, I learned two new words today from your blog, volgers and klaar. Might need to get Google to translate the page, though, not quite fluent yet.

  14. ha ! the younger days - when still a student, when we went out to eat a spaghetti (or lasagna), when served we always used to spit in our plate : no one else ever dared to touch our food. "it's mine"....
    hahaha
    (belgian pigs, you know)

  15. Wish I had thought of that one, Peter.

  16. yes, but...
one was not able to go to the loo or order drinks at the bar, to come back & find his plate emptied by the others - thus thàt trick worked
    :-D
(the more i think back about it, the more disgusted i feel about myself)
(but ha ! being young & foolish... long gone, sadly)
(very very very old, & even more a fool these days of course)

  17. You should have spat in theirs so you could eat them all.

  18. in my biography later it was stated that spitting in other people's dishes was only the beginning - he ended ruling the world, bigger than Alexander the Great
    hahaha
    (dream on, peter)
(i'd make you my minister of culture & arts, of course)
