1. It's obviously cheating if you have to build a ramp. If the stuntman is given the ability to build any arbitrary ramp, then the whole thing is basically a simple physics problem.
2. L'Arc De Triomphe should be treated with more dignity than this. Being used as a prop and being plastered with logos doesn't befit the structure, although it has apparently being used similarly before.
