I have this problem often with blogspot that I make comments and they never show up.
I've noticed that many of my comments don't get published, Joanne. It's likely some kind of user error.
Anyway, I'm pretty sure they did the old, head between the legs on most shots and rotoscoped out the body when needed. They did the hide the body in the mattress trick or behind clothing.
I don't even know what to make of this. I laughed my ass off, but I have trouble sharing this with others.
