I have no idea how a cow can be considered anthropomorphic, and as far as "butchering them alive", I would certainly hope you don't eat a burger made from a cow that was found dead, and butchered a month later.
I've also never heard an animal "scream in excruciating agony", or make any sounds at all when butchered. The head is removed, or blood drained. They aren't having their kneecaps shattered and toothpicks shoved under their fingernails.

You have never heard an animal scream in pain? Obviously you've never lived on a farm or worked in a slaughter house, then.
