You have to wait until it gets real big then squeeze it out like popping a zit, that way you can avoid accidentally leaving pieces of it to fester and rot in your foot:
Nah. As long as the bot fly larva is in there it will eat up any of the infection it causes, so your foot should be pretty safe until it's time for the bot fly birthing.
