  1. This is a complete myth. There are versions of this involving a British Lighthouse and an American Carrier. Its basically a story used to justify various xenophobic views.

    In this case the video shows a ship that is far from being among the largest in any U.S. fleet... and the name USS Montana hasn't been used on a U.S. Navy vessel since 1920. But it's a good joke.

  5. Yeah it is a myth. For a start there wasn't a British Aircraft Carrier named HMS Britannia in 1998. And is officially the name of...

  6. The mispelling of "Britannia" and the lower case initial for "Atlantic" indicate a fake. A quick Google search reveals that there has never been an aircraft carrier named "Britannia".
