Theoretically, it's possible... when your eardrum is broken? Because the Eustachian tube connects your ears with your mouth... But still I don't believe it's real :P
I posted this at my place a few days ago. It looks like from reading some of the comments from the source I found that the man has a tube up his sleeve siphoning of the beer. A few people say they saw the tube, but all I saw was at the end the sleeve where he is holding the cup is all the way down and when he transferred the cup to the other hand after she was done THAT sleeve was pulled up towards his elbow.
