Cooper, I don't see how this could be related to a breeched birth, unless perhaps you're saying that some unseen damage occurred to the face to cause swelling or something. There is no visible damage to the face, and I don't think the conditions presented by a breech birth would cause cheek size to increase like this, particularly considering how the blood vessels in her (his?) cheeks seem relatively normal, although compromised and distended due to the excessive size of the cheek they're supporting. To me, this appears to be the result of nothing more than the baby being very very chubby.
