Training A Cat

  3. Heh :-) I've always trained my cats to come to me when I whistle. (We call them inside in the evening so they don't go about hunting cute defenceless nocturnal marsupials). They come much more quickly than the dog does!! ... It's a very handy way of herding cats.

  4. Dr. M, awwww, I miss having a cat in the house. There are 8+ strays who don't come in due to cat-hating dogs.

  5. We have our kitten somewhat dog trained... she comes when I call her. And,

    um...
    well, that's about it.

    Oh, she knows the word "no".

    Because no means no. No means stop what you're doing and do something else.

    Could you imagine taking that little kitty to an agility show, the dogs would go crazy!
